This is a full-time, remote position based in the US. This is not an internship. The salary range for this role is 142,900 USD to 178,000 USD.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable automated testing frameworks to ensure software reliability.
- Collaborate with the Director of Engineering to align QA strategies with product goals.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for complex financial transactions.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices for test-driven development.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior SDET or Software Engineer in Test.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages used for automation frameworks.
- Deep understanding of AI-native systems and resilient software architecture.
- Experience testing high-volume financial systems or payment ecosystems.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Expertise in both functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
