Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of enterprise-grade AI workflow platforms.
- Develop high-performance frontend components using React and Next.js for complex product management tools.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate Python and FastAPI services into the user interface.
- Optimize application performance and ensure a responsive, intuitive user experience across the platform.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to maintain high code quality and engineering standards.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on frontend development.
- Expert-level proficiency in React and Next.js for building scalable web applications.
- Proven experience integrating AI workflows or LLM-based features into production environments.
- Strong understanding of Python and FastAPI for efficient frontend-backend communication.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while leading technical initiatives.
