Responsibilities
- Lead full stack development initiatives and mentor junior team members
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code across frontend and backend
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure architectural quality
- Develop scalable solutions using React, NestJS, and Python
- Implement real-time functionality using WebSockets
- Optimize database performance for both MySQL and NoSQL systems
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional full stack engineering experience
- Proficiency in React with Vite.js and Tailwind CSS
- Strong experience with TypeScript and NestJS
- Hands-on expertise with Python and Prisma ORM
- Proven track record of working with MySQL or NoSQL databases
- Ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment
