Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team to ensure high standards of code quality.
- Influence the architectural direction of the platform to support scalability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Engineering to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.
- Take full ownership of feature delivery from initial design through to production deployment.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in full stack software engineering and system design.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams or mentoring senior developers.
- Strong expertise in modern frontend and backend frameworks and database management.
- Ability to balance hands-on coding with strategic technical leadership.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem solving.
