Ignite Talent Solutions is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Developer to join an innovative startup specializing in real-time digital twins for the manufacturing and service industries. In this leadership role, you will architect and develop solutions that detect performance anomalies and automate resolutions to optimize industrial equipment and processes.

Job details

This is a full-time, remote position based in Waterloo, Waterloo region, open to candidates across North America. This is a professional lead role and not an internship. The salary range for this position is 100,000 CAD to 150,000 CAD.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of full-stack applications using Python and Django.
  • Architect scalable solutions for real-time digital twin technology and industrial monitoring.
  • Develop automated systems for detecting performance anomalies and dispatching resolutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the software development team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the stability and performance of production systems through rigorous code reviews.

Requirements

  • Extensive professional experience in full-stack development with a focus on Python.
  • Proven expertise with the Django framework and relational database management.
  • Strong background in solutions architecture and designing complex system workflows.
  • Experience working within a startup environment or developing industrial IoT solutions.
