Job details
This is a full-time contract position based in London, UK, with remote working available. The role is inside IR35 and offers a competitive day rate between £650 and approximately £700 daily, equivalent to £156,000-£169,000 annually based on typical contract length. Candidates must demonstrate proven experience with healthcare data standards and modern cloud-based development practices to support critical healthcare systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full stack healthcare applications using .NET and Azure
- Implement HL7 FHIR R4 and UK Core standards for healthcare data interoperability
- Build secure, compliant solutions meeting healthcare regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to deliver scalable technical solutions
- Design and develop APIs and integrations using healthcare terminology standards
Requirements
- Proven experience with SNOMED, ICD-10, or HL7 FHIR healthcare standards
- Strong .NET development skills and Azure cloud platform expertise
- Deep knowledge of HL7 FHIR R4 and UK Core implementation
- Experience delivering secure, compliant healthcare solutions at enterprise scale
- Full stack development capabilities across frontend and backend technologies
