This is a full-time, Remote position available to candidates residing in Canada. Based out of Guelph, Wellington region, this role is not an internship. The salary range for this position is 100,000 - 115,000 CAD.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of digital tools to support reusable packaging systems.
- Oversee the technical roadmap and ensure scalable software architecture.
- Develop features for environmental impact tracking and user engagement.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Software Developer or in a similar senior technical role.
- Strong proficiency in full-stack development and modern software frameworks.
- Ability to design and maintain scalable databases and API structures.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing development lifecycles.
- Must be a resident of Canada to be eligible for this remote position.
