This is a Remote, Full-time contract position based in the US. This role is not an internship. The compensation for this position is 100,746 USD.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic AI systems and RAG pipelines to enhance product capabilities.
- Develop robust APIs and scripts using Python to support LLM integration.
- Utilize AI coding tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate software delivery.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ship production-ready AI features rapidly.
- Optimize LLM prompts and retrieval mechanisms for accuracy and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 9 years of professional software development experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, including API development and scripting.
- Proven experience building applications with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks and RAG architectures.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
