This is a Full-time, Remote position based in the US. This role is not an Internship. The salary range for this position is 140,000 USD to 160,000 USD per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of software engineers to deliver high-quality SaaS products.
- Oversee the technical roadmap for the EverHealth brand to ensure scalable and performant applications.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices for code reviews, testing, and continuous integration and deployment.
- Manage resource allocation and project timelines to ensure timely delivery of feature updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical leadership or engineering management role within a SaaS environment.
- Strong background in full-stack development and modern software architecture patterns.
- Experience managing remote engineering teams across different time zones in the US.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical guidance with strategic organizational management.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
