This is a Full-time position based in Home, Pierce County. The role is Remote, allowing you to lead engineering teams from your home office. This is not an Internship. The salary range for this position is 180,000 USD to 210,000 USD.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver scalable digital banking features.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical roadmaps and execution plans.
- Oversee the architectural integrity and code quality of the MANTL platform components.
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, testing standards, and CI/CD practices.
- Manage resource allocation and project timelines to ensure timely delivery of platform updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software engineering management or a lead technical role.
- Strong background in backend development and distributed systems architecture.
- Experience working with cloud-native technologies and scalable enterprise platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating between technical teams and stakeholders.
