This is a full-time, Remote position based in the Philippines, though the company maintains a presence in Carson City. This is not an internship. The annual salary for this role is 106,802 USD.
Responsibilities
- Lead the web development and UI/UX design teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process from wireframing and prototyping to final implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Establish and maintain high standards for accessibility, usability, and visual consistency.
- Manage resource allocation and project timelines to ensure timely delivery of web assets.
- Mentor junior developers and designers to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role managing web development and design teams.
- Deep expertise in UI/UX principles, user research, and interaction design.
- Strong technical knowledge of modern web development frameworks and frontend technologies.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with remote global teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
