Responsibilities
- Lead the web development and UI/UX design teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process from wireframing and prototyping to final implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Establish and maintain design systems to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
- Mentor junior developers and designers to improve technical skills and creative output.
- Monitor performance metrics to optimize user journeys and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within web development or UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centric design and modern web technologies.
- Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability principles.
- Ability to manage remote teams across different time zones effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical executives.
- Experience with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
