Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of web developers and UI/UX designers.
- Oversee the end-to-end design and development lifecycle of web properties.
- Define and implement UI/UX standards to ensure a consistent brand experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Review code and design prototypes to ensure high quality and accessibility.
- Drive the adoption of modern web technologies and user-centric design patterns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within web development.
- Deep expertise in UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools.
- Strong technical knowledge of modern frontend frameworks and web standards.
- Excellent communication skills for managing remote global teams.
- Ability to balance technical execution with strategic product vision.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
