This is a full-time, remote position based in the Philippines (associated with Bonnie, Utah County operations). This role is not an internship. The offered salary for this position is 104,382 USD.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of web developers and UI/UX designers.
- Oversee the end-to-end design and development lifecycle of web applications.
- Define and implement UX standards to ensure consistent user journeys across platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Review code and design prototypes to ensure high quality and accessibility standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within web development or UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful UI/UX projects and web implementations.
- Deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks and responsive design principles.
- Ability to manage remote teams effectively across different time zones.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical leaders.
