This is a Contract position based remotely (Offshore). The role is located in Hillcrest Heights, Prince George's County, but operates as a Remote engagement. This is not an Internship. The offered salary is 77,280 USD.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical development and configuration within Oracle Utilities CCS and CC&B environments.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts and integration points to enhance system functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Oracle Utilities framework.
- Ensure the stability and performance of the customer care and billing modules.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities CCS and/or CC&B.
- Proven expertise in technical configuration and development for Oracle utility suites.
- Strong understanding of utility industry business processes and billing cycles.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, offshore environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for enterprise-level software.
