This is a Remote, Full-time position based in the US. This role is not an Internship. The offered salary for this position is 97,229 USD.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize Amazon Connect contact flows and call routing solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations between Amazon Connect and enterprise telephony systems like Cisco and AT&T.
- Develop and support backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Create, enhance, and maintain APIs to support contact center operations and business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the cloud telephony environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience engineering solutions with Amazon Connect.
- Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework.
- Experience designing and implementing Microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of enterprise telephony systems and API integration patterns.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
