Job details
This is a Full-time Contract role based in The City, Central London, but offered as a Fully Remote position for UK-based candidates. This is not an Internship. The compensation for this engagement is £117,000 per year (approximately £450 per day).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust backend services using Python and FastAPI
- Collaborate with the project team to implement agricultural software solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability of the API
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high software quality
Requirements
- Proven professional experience with Python development
- Strong proficiency with the FastAPI framework
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Must be currently based in the United Kingdom
- Availability to start immediately or within a 2-3 week notice period
