This is a full-time, 100% Remote position based out of Washington, D.C. This role is not an internship. The offered salary for this position is 107,451 USD.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing Apex, Visualforce, and Flows to understand system behavior and dependencies.
- Develop and enhance custom functionality within the Salesforce Government Cloud Plus environment.
- Maintain and optimize declarative configurations to ensure platform efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure all developments comply with FedRAMP security standards and government regulations.
Requirements
- 8 to 15 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
- Proven expertise in Apex and Visualforce coding.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Flows and declarative configuration tools.
- Experience working with Salesforce Government Cloud Plus (FedRAMP) environments.
- Strong analytical skills for debugging and optimizing complex CRM systems.
