This is a Full-time Contract position based in Topeka, Shawnee County, though the role is fully Remote. This is not an Internship. The offered salary for this position is 92,454 USD.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions to optimize the insurance claims lifecycle.
- Lead rapid experimentation and iteration cycles to validate AI model effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real-world AI applications.
- Design scalable AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing data pipelines.
- Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art LLMs to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AI Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer in a professional setting.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integration.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment to meet project milestones.
- Experience working within the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
