This is a Full-time contract-to-hire position based in the United States. The role is fully Remote. This is not an Internship. The offered salary for this position is 77,857 USD.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
- Implement complex call routing logic and IVR workflows to improve customer journey.
- Develop serverless functions using AWS Lambda to integrate external data sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.
- Optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior AWS Developer with a focus on Amazon Connect.
- Strong proficiency in AWS serverless technologies, specifically AWS Lambda.
- Expertise in designing contact center routing and telephony workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment across US time zones.
- Valid authorization to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
