This role involves high-level technical planning and the development of robust software solutions to improve government services. As a senior member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for designing scalable architectures and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code.

This is a Full-time position based in Broadlands, Loudoun County, offered as a Remote work arrangement. This is not an Internship. The salary range for this role is 116,975 USD per year.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical planning and high-level design for complex software components.
- Develop and maintain scalable applications using C# and the .NET framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices.
- Ensure software security and compliance with government standards for the VA.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a Senior .NET Developer.
- Deep expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
- Experience working within government contracts or highly regulated environments.
