This is a Full-time, Remote position based in the US. This role is not an internship. The offered salary range for this position is 140,000 USD to 150,000 USD per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable financial technology solutions.
- Collaborate with the CTO to define the long-term technical roadmap.
- Mentor and guide engineering team members through code reviews and technical mentorship.
- Ensure the stability, security, and performance of lending platforms.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer in a software development environment.
- Strong expertise in backend architecture and system design.
- Experience working within the financial services or FinTech industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to lead remote teams and manage complex technical deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
