This is a full-time, fully remote position based in the United States, associated with the Richmond, Virginia area. This is not an internship. The annual salary for this position is 89,435 USD.
Responsibilities
- Lead white glove support for customers adopting cloud solutions within the VA Data Modernization initiative
- Assist users in overcoming technical barriers to ensure seamless data access
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical cloud solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline the onboarding process for cloud environments
- Provide expert guidance on cloud best practices and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Engineer or in a similar senior technical role
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and data modernization strategies
- Ability to obtain and maintain United States Suitability/Public Trust clearance
- Excellent communication skills for delivering high-touch customer support
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems in a remote environment
