This is a Full-time, Remote position based in the United States, specifically supporting operations in Tarrytown, Travis County. This is not an Internship. The offered salary is 107,325 USD. Candidates must be able to obtain United States Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead white-glove support for customers adopting cloud solutions within the VA Data Modernization initiative
- Assist users in overcoming technical obstacles to ensure seamless access to critical data
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical cloud solutions
- Act as a primary technical point of contact for high-priority stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud environment performance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Engineer or similar senior technical role
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and data modernization strategies
- Ability to obtain and maintain US Suitability/Public Trust clearance
- Excellent communication skills for delivering white-glove customer support
- Experience working with large-scale government or enterprise IT environments
