This is a full-time, fully remote position based in the United States, specifically supporting operations in Trenton, Mercer County. This is not an internship. The salary for this position is 94,945 USD.
Responsibilities
- Provide white glove support to customers adopting cloud solutions for data modernization.
- Assist users in overcoming technical hurdles to ensure seamless access to critical data.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional cloud technical solutions.
- Lead the onboarding process for new users within the cloud environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize cloud resource utilization and accessibility.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Engineer or in a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and data modernization strategies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain United States Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
- Excellent communication skills for delivering high-touch customer support.
- Experience working with large-scale government or healthcare data systems.
