This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States, specifically supporting operations in Jackson, Hinds County. This is not an internship. The salary for this role is 82,549 USD.
Responsibilities
- Lead white glove support for customers adopting cloud solutions within the VA Data Modernization initiative.
- Assist users in overcoming technical barriers to ensure efficient access to critical data.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional cloud technical solutions.
- Act as a primary technical point of contact for high-priority stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the cloud onboarding process.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Engineer or in a similar senior technical role.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and data modernization strategies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain United States Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
- Excellent communication skills for delivering high-touch customer support.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business needs and implement technical fixes.
