This is a Full-time, Remote position based in the United States (associated with Frankfort, Franklin County). This is not an internship. The salary for this position is 97,635 USD.
Responsibilities
- Provide white glove technical support to users adopting cloud solutions
- Facilitate data access and ensure business requirements are met for VA users
- Lead the technical onboarding process for cloud-based data initiatives
- Bridge the gap between complex cloud technology and end-user business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline data modernization workflows
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Engineer or similar senior technical role
- Ability to obtain and maintain US Public Trust suitability clearance
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure and data migration strategies
- Excellent communication skills for high-touch customer interaction
- Experience working with government agencies or large-scale public sector projects
