This is a full-time, fully remote position based in the United States, specifically supporting operations in Honolulu and Wake Island. This is not an internship. The annual salary for this role is 128,371 USD.
Responsibilities
- Lead white glove support for customers adopting cloud solutions within the VA Data Modernization initiative
- Architect, maintain, and expand a suite of custom-developed ServiceNow applications
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of cloud intake tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine cloud adoption workflows and technical requirements
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of cloud solutions for government clients
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Engineer or similar senior technical role
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow application development and architecture
- Experience with cloud migration strategies and data modernization frameworks
- Ability to obtain and maintain United States Suitability/Public Trust clearance
- Strong communication skills for providing high-touch customer support
