This is a Full-time, Remote position based in the United States, specifically supporting operations in Helena, Lewis and Clark County. This role is not an internship. The annual salary for this position is 141,612 USD.
Responsibilities
- Lead white glove support for customers adopting cloud solutions within the VA Data Modernization initiative
- Architect, maintain, and expand a suite of custom-developed ServiceNow applications
- Build and maintain front-end and back-end components of cloud intake tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical cloud specifications
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of cloud-based intake workflows
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on cloud adoption best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Engineer or similar senior technical role
- Strong proficiency in architecting and developing within the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with cloud migration strategies and data modernization projects
- Ability to obtain and maintain United States Suitability/Public Trust clearance
- Strong communication skills for interacting with high-level government stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
