This is a full-time, fully remote position based in the United States, specifically supporting operations in Augusta, Kennebec County. This role is not an internship. The annual salary for this position is 186,362 USD.
Responsibilities
- Lead white glove support for customers transitioning to cloud solutions
- Architect, maintain, and expand custom-developed ServiceNow applications
- Build and maintain front-end and back-end functionality for intake tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud solutions with VA modernization goals
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of cloud onboarding workflows
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Engineer or similar architectural role
- Strong technical proficiency in developing and managing ServiceNow applications
- Ability to obtain and maintain US Public Trust suitability clearance
- Experience with cloud migration and enterprise data modernization strategies
- Excellent communication skills for high-touch customer support
