This is a Full-time Senior position based in Canada. The role is fully Remote, allowing for flexible teletravail. This is not an Internship. The salary range for this position is 56,000 CAD to 103,500 CAD.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced analytics to optimize collection strategies and operational performance.
- Monitor collection trends to identify emerging risks and opportunities within third-party assignments.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to influence performance outcomes across the North American region.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Analyze operational data to drive efficiency and improve recovery rates in collections.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a financial services or banking environment.
- Strong proficiency in advanced data analysis tools and statistical methodologies.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings to senior leadership.
- Experience with risk modeling or collections analytics is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
