This is a full-time, remote position based out of Eden Prairie, Hennepin County. This is not an internship. The offered salary for this role is 160,499 USD.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI and machine learning models to improve healthcare delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI specifications.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in best practices for ML development and deployment.
- Optimize existing data pipelines to ensure high-quality input for predictive analytics models.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and Machine Learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering production-ready ML models.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud computing environments.
