This is a remote, contract position based in the UK. This role is not an internship. The salary range for this engagement is 114,400 GBP to 119,600 GBP per annum.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable data solutions to handle complex, high-volume datasets.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to evolve the cloud-based data platform.
- Implement robust data pipelines and integration patterns using Azure services.
- Ensure the performance and reliability of data architectures within a government context.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on data engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer working with Azure cloud services.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing large-scale cloud data platforms.
- Experience working with high-volume datasets and complex data transformations.
- Ability to work effectively within a consultancy model for public sector clients.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and modern data programming languages.
