This is a Full-time position based in the US. The role is Remote, offering flexibility for experienced leaders. This is not an Internship. The salary range for this position is 178,500 USD to 241,500 USD per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in developing airgap-native applications.
- Oversee the integration of software products with UDS to accelerate the ATO process.
- Drive the technical roadmap for National Defense products to meet critical customer needs.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product alignment with defense standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Lead in a high-stakes software environment.
- Deep technical understanding of modern software systems and distributed architectures.
- Experience with airgapped environments or highly secure government software deployments.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and scaling engineering teams.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements within the defense sector.
