Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services for the unsecured installments lending platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven credit models into production.
- Optimize system performance to ensure high availability and low latency for financial transactions.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance to maintain high code quality.
- Develop robust APIs that facilitate seamless partnerships with banks and credit unions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in backend software engineering with a focus on scalable distributed systems.
