Role overview
WLG is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to support NATO in the evolution of the Networked Interoperable Real-Time Information Services (NIRIS) platform. This critical interoperability system is used across multinational defence environments to ensure seamless communication and data exchange. The successful candidate will work within a modern Agile environment to drive software development, integration, and release activities.

This is a Remote full-time position based out of Charing Cross, Central London, with occasional travel required to The Hague. This is not an internship. The salary for this role is 65,465 GBP. Candidates must hold a valid NATO Secret Clearance to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve the NIRIS interoperability platform for multinational defence use.
- Execute full-stack software development tasks within a modern Agile framework.
- Manage software integration and interoperability activities across complex systems.
- Perform rigorous testing and support release activities to ensure platform stability.
- Collaborate with international teams to enhance real-time information services.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Java Developer.
- Active and valid NATO Secret Clearance is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Java and modern full-stack development frameworks.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies and software release cycles.
- Ability to travel occasionally to The Hague for project coordination.
