This is a Full-time position based in Canada. The role is operated as a Remote opportunity, allowing for flexibility across the region. This is not an internship. The offered salary range for this senior-level position is 114,864 CAD to 180,501 CAD per year.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI platforms using Google Cloud Platform services.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into production.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate environment provisioning.
- Ensure the security and compliance of AI workloads within the GCP ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer focusing on Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong proficiency in designing AI/ML pipelines and platform architecture.
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Google Kubernetes Engine.
- Advanced knowledge of Python or other backend languages for cloud development.
- Ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineering staff.
