This is a Contract, Remote position based in the United States. Candidates must be available to work Pacific Standard Time hours. The contract rate is approximately $235,955 USD annually. The role involves hands-on implementation of IAM platforms, Okta configuration, identity governance, and cross-functional collaboration with security and engineering teams to ensure secure access across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise IAM solutions using Okta and related platforms
- Manage identity lifecycle, provisioning, and deprovisioning workflows
- Configure and support SSO, MFA, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
- Integrate IAM systems with SaaS applications and on-premises directories
- Automate identity and access processes to improve security and efficiency
- Collaborate with security and IT teams on access governance and compliance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management engineering
- Deep expertise in Okta administration, configuration, and integrations
- Strong knowledge of authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP
- Experience with cloud IAM solutions (AWS IAM, Azure AD, GCP IAM)
- Proficiency in scripting and automation for IAM workflows
- Must be available to work Pacific Standard Time business hours
