This is a full-time, Remote position based in the UK. This role is not an internship. The salary range for this position is £70,000 - £80,000 GBP per annum.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable features for the Arbor education platform
- Collaborate with product managers to translate school requirements into technical specifications
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize application performance to ensure a seamless experience for school staff
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering standards and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Product Engineer
- Strong proficiency in modern full-stack development frameworks and languages
- Experience building and maintaining complex SaaS products at scale
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric product design
