Job details
This is a Full-time position based in Cardiff County, Wales, operating on a Remote mode with required quarterly visits to South Wales. This is not an Internship. The salary range for this role is £60,000 to £72,000 GBP.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable digital products using modern technologies
- Influence the technical direction of the engineering team and product roadmap
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews and best practice implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions
- Maintain and optimize existing applications to ensure high performance and reliability
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer working with modern tech stacks
- Strong proficiency in both frontend and backend development technologies
- Ability to design scalable architectures for complex digital products
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code
