This is a Full-time, Remote position based out of Gloucester, Essex County, with occasional travel required to the office. This role is not an Internship. The offered salary for this position is 134,889 USD.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in the design and development of scalable software solutions.
- Lead the modernization of legacy systems to improve efficiency and performance.
- Oversee the deployment and sustainment of production software environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architecture.
- Ensure software quality through rigorous testing and code review processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer or Software Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in modern software design patterns and architecture.
- Authorization to work in the US is required; US Citizenship is preferred.
- Ability to travel occasionally to the Gloucester, MA office.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide technical mentorship.
