This is a Full-time position based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, operating on a Remote-first basis with access to co-working hubs. This is not an Internship. The salary for this role is £70,000 GBP.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
- Develop and maintain high-performance REST and GraphQL APIs
- Architect and manage microservices within cloud-native environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-native digital solutions
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and peer reviews
- Optimize application performance and reliability across AWS and Azure platforms
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Proven track record of building and deploying microservices
- Strong proficiency in designing REST and GraphQL APIs
- Hands-on experience with cloud providers such as AWS or Azure
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
