This is a Full-time position based in Canada. The role operates in a Remote capacity, allowing you to collaborate with a global engineering team. This is not an Internship. The offered salary range for this position is 146,200 CAD to 190,000 CAD.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal tools to improve the developer experience and workflow efficiency.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to reduce build times and increase deployment frequency.
- Collaborate with distributed engineering teams to identify and resolve productivity bottlenecks.
- Implement scalable infrastructure solutions that enhance software reliability and delivery speed.
- Drive engineering excellence by establishing best practices for tooling and automation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on productivity or platform engineering.
- Strong proficiency in building scalable backend systems and infrastructure tools.
- Experience working within a globally distributed team environment.
- Deep understanding of software delivery lifecycles and modern DevOps practices.
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges related to developer tooling.
