This is a Full-time position based in Canada. The role operates in a Remote capacity, offering flexibility for the right candidate. This is not an Internship. The salary range for this position is 140,000 CAD to 160,000 CAD.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.
- Define the technical roadmap for the platform to support SaaS scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to optimize developer experience and deployment workflows.
- Manage resource allocation and project timelines to ensure timely delivery of platform enhancements.
- Promote a culture of technical excellence, trust, and continuous improvement within the engineering org.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing engineering teams in a SaaS or cloud-native environment.
- Strong technical background in platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to lead complex technical projects from conception through to production deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing remote distributed teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
