This is a Full-time position based in the US. The role is Remote, allowing you to contribute to a high-impact healthcare mission from anywhere in the country. This is not an Internship. The salary range for this position is 138,000 USD to 190,000 USD.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable IT infrastructure to support virtual behavioral healthcare delivery.
- Lead the implementation of enterprise-grade security protocols and compliance standards.
- Manage cloud-based identity and access management systems for a distributed workforce.
- Optimize internal technical operations to reduce friction for clinical and administrative staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new software tools and platforms.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in IT engineering or systems administration within a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex cloud infrastructure and enterprise software stacks.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and data privacy regulations in healthcare.
- Expertise in automating routine IT tasks using scripting or orchestration tools.
- Ability to lead technical projects from architectural design to final deployment.
