Responsibilities
- Lead the software engineering team in building high-performance Blockchain Distribution Networks.
- Architect and optimize ultra-low-latency connectivity for DeFi trading applications.
- Oversee the technical roadmap for integration across Ethereum, BSC, and Polygon networks.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Engineering Manager in a Web3 environment.
- Deep technical expertise in blockchain protocols and decentralized finance (DeFi).
- Strong experience building high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
- Ability to manage and motivate a remote engineering team across different time zones.
- Proficiency in languages common to blockchain infrastructure development.
