This is a Full-time, Remote position based out of New York City, New York. This role is not an Internship. The offered salary is 166,023 USD.
Responsibilities
- Lead the software engineering team in building and scaling the Blockchain Distribution Network.
- Architect and optimize ultra-low-latency connectivity for DeFi trading across various chains.
- Provide technical mentorship and conduct code reviews to ensure high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap and technical specifications.
- Manage the deployment and maintenance of global server infrastructure for blockchain nodes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer in a Web3 or Fintech environment.
- Deep understanding of Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain (BSC), and Polygon architectures.
- Strong expertise in building high-performance, distributed systems with low latency.
- Experience leading remote engineering teams and managing development lifecycles.
- Proficiency in modern backend languages and blockchain interaction libraries.
