Role overview

Turnblock.io is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive the development of high-performance blockchain infrastructure. In this leadership role, you will oversee the engineering team to optimize ultra-low-latency connectivity for DeFi traders across multiple networks including Ethereum, BSC, and Polygon.

This is a Full-time, Remote position based out of New York City, New York. This role is not an Internship. The offered salary is 166,023 USD.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the software engineering team in building and scaling the Blockchain Distribution Network.
  • Architect and optimize ultra-low-latency connectivity for DeFi trading across various chains.
  • Provide technical mentorship and conduct code reviews to ensure high engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap and technical specifications.
  • Manage the deployment and maintenance of global server infrastructure for blockchain nodes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer in a Web3 or Fintech environment.
  • Deep understanding of Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain (BSC), and Polygon architectures.
  • Strong expertise in building high-performance, distributed systems with low latency.
  • Experience leading remote engineering teams and managing development lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in modern backend languages and blockchain interaction libraries.
