This is a Full-time Contract position based in California, US, offering a fully Remote work mode. This role is not an internship. The salary range for this position is $119,288 USD per year.
Responsibilities
- Interpret complex business requirements and translate them into actionable Decisioning solutions.
- Collaborate with various business units to intake requirements for customer offer eligibility.
- Develop and implement decisioning logic to ensure customers receive relevant product offers.
- Manage the testing phase for all changes made to decisioning logic to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical decisioning workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management or business systems analysis.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical logic and specifications.
- Experience with decisioning engines or rule-based software solutions.
- Demonstrated skill in testing and validating technical changes in a production environment.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management across different business units.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
