This is a Full-time Contract position based in California, US, operating in a fully Remote mode. This role is not an internship. The salary range for this position is 125,457 USD per year.
Responsibilities
- Interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical Decisioning solutions.
- Collaborate with various business units to intake and refine decisioning logic requirements.
- Develop and implement logic used to present eligible and relevant offers to customers.
- Coordinate and execute testing for all changes made to decisioning systems to ensure accuracy.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables over a two-year contract period.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management or business analysis within a decisioning environment.
- Ability to translate high-level business needs into detailed technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of decisioning logic and customer offer eligibility workflows.
- Experience managing the testing lifecycle and validating technical implementations.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing between business stakeholders and technical teams.
