This is a Remote, Full-time Contract position based in California, US. This role is not an Internship. The offered salary range is $125,457 USD per year.
Responsibilities
- Interpret business requirements from various units and translate them into technical decisioning solutions.
- Develop and implement decisioning logic to present eligible and relevant offers to the customer base.
- Manage the intake process for new requirements and ensure alignment between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Coordinate and execute testing for all changes made to decisioning logic to ensure system stability.
- Monitor the performance of decisioning solutions and iterate based on business feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management or business analysis within a decisioning environment.
- Ability to translate complex business logic into functional technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to interface between business units and technical developers.
- Experience managing long-term contract projects in a remote work setting.
